Advent Calendar - Handmade by Local Artist, Jeanne McCune

This Advent Calendar is completely handmade by local artist, Jeanne McCune.  What a keepsake to pass down as a family heirloom!  She is 67 years old, and she still has the one her grandmother made for her 67 years ago.  It is pretty much a duplicate except for the addition of our beloved white squirrel.  Each date on the calendar has a pocket to put the critters in as the days pass.  On December 25, there is a Baby Jesus in a walnut shell, and that goes on the button on the outside.  This calendar measures 31" high x 17-3/4" wide.  What a wonderful memory to take it out each December and share the countdown to the Birth of Baby Jesus.  The detail in the work of art is incredible.  These are on special order only, and we are already taking orders for next year.
