The fabric is gorgeous. Soft and flowy, but weighty, so it drapes beautifully. This tunic/dress has a side panel which makes for an assymetrical hemline......longer at the sides. It has 3/4 sleeves and a scoop neckline. The lines on this dress are very flattering and slimming.
